OKLA CITY - McCain consistently finds support among
Evangelicals and those earning high incomes. Oklahoma has made up their mind and little is
likely to change their mind. Inhofe holds a steady 20-point lead over Rice each
week. Rice, like Obama, is finding little support in the 3rd OK
District represented by Lucas (R), but is finding more support this week among
high income earners and those who do not attend church. The race for
Corporation Commissioner may be unpredictable; many are undecided.
TvPoll.com conducted the scientific study
using an IVR technique of 667 likely voters in Oklahoma September 20-22, 2008.
The study has a margin of error of ± 3.79% and was weighted by sex, age,
congressional district and political party.
TvPoll.com will
continue the weekly tracking poll in Oklahoma through the election for its media client,
News9 (CBS-Oklahoma City).
